With over 15 years of diverse experience in financial management, trust accounting, and governance across real estate, not-for-profits, health care, legal environments, and professional services, he brings both technical rigour and strategic foresight. His background includes over four years with Big Four firms, strengthening his expertise in audit, compliance, and financial systems design. Nilesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Legal Studies, providing a strong foundation for navigating complex financial and regulatory landscapes.

A strong advocate for process integrity, Nilesh blends deep accounting expertise with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Outside of work, Nilesh, a dedicated family man, enjoys early morning walks, meditation, yoga, reading classical literature and philosophy, and cherishing time with his two-year-old son maintaining balance and inspiration in personal and professional life. He has long served as Treasurer for meditation centres across Australia, applying his financial expertise to organisations rooted in service and introspection.
